    Thank you for showing us that conflict is normal; so many of us believe that conflict means disharmony and automatic defeat but that is wrong. It is okay for a great team to disagree but it is how we resolve it, learn from it and grow stronger that we truly become an invincible team. We must disagree in order to grow stronger.
