1. I like to use the word differentiation, when you innovate to make something conducive to a student’s learning style or interest. Great points about innovating does not have to be on a large scale.

    I like the idea of thinking about “what is best for this learner”. Often we talk about best practices as if they are a static thing. Something out there to be conquered. Thinking instead of what’s best for this learner brings us to the realization that in order to know what’s best for this learner, we must know the learner well. And, this is what makes teaching such a joyful experience.
