George you hit the nail on the head. These are the pillars our district are built on. Way to go SDMF and our leader Dr. Greco!

The three questions are SO important to educators and students. I’m so happy to say that my previous principal and my current principal have addressed all of these issues in their leadership roles with me.

I believe that the employee and staff attitude and effort reflect leadership. If you have a friendly and out going leader towards the faculty then the faculty will most likely carry on that attitude forwards the kids. If as a leader you want employee engagement then as a leader you most practice and show what the expectations are.

I enjoyed your article. There is a lot more employee identification and satisfaction when leaders let their followers take initiative and give input concerning company affairs.
