Positive culture lies in the art of communication and collaboration. We must open our eyes, ears, and minds to ideas that will embrace the 21st century skills and move forward together. It is moving fast! We need to keep up with the pace and learn from where we are, read our data, share it with others to get another perspective, and to go places on line we have never explored to enhance the excitement of learning. We are all learners and embrace it. Challenge it. It is in our culture to share this together….if we let it!

You mention creating a positive culture is critical and I totally agree. How? You can be the most postive leader but when there are those that constantly undermine the culture you are trying to create it is a losing battle. Are there critical components?
