  1. I am thinking that I will practice answering for my interview as a math/science learning specialist next week. Maybe they will ask them, now wouldn’t that be cool!

Ok, George. Every time I read anything you write, I gain more information and ideas on how to improve so much at our campus. Today I learned how to use your questions as great extension questions to learn more about our candidates and how they are thinking and whether they are a great match for our campus and students! Thanks for all you do for us!

    Hello George,
I participated in the Edublogs for Educators last year and your blog was highlighted (not surprisingly after reading your posts). You are very profound and insightful! Loved today’s post. I can only imagine that your book is extraordinary.
    Sincerely with gratitude,
    Kellie Fay

  3. I really like this, George – so thanks. I didn’t know what to do with it (other than store it, of course) so I sent it to some innovative school leaders here in the UK with the following suggestion:
“The questions are set out as interview questions, which is one use of them, but I could see there being even more interesting use for it as a learning and sharing tool for a staff workshop. I could imagine having ‘hosted conversations’ around each of the characteristics and using the questions to elicit ‘posts’ from participants such that a rich data-set is built around each one.”
Hope that might be of use to somebody.
