    These ar questions all educators should ask. More importantly are we achieving results. Leaders must understand the challenges of fostering change by infusing technology. They must champion the process and provide the required tools to achieve results. Although software, infrastructure, and hardware are important, a plan that focuses on appropriate and ongoing staff development is imperative. Results will only be realized through strong leadership and providing teachers the time, training, and support to develop there skills over time.
