1. Bravo for not only including students, but asking them to challenge your thinking as well! Students have way more insight than we give them credit for as can be seen in the student’s powerful swim or drown metaphor. Sounds like it was a great session.

  2. Thanks for the post George, I really appreciate the idea of asking students/ learners what they think. Feedback is something definitely precious especially when it comes to learning (both traditional and online). Not only it allows to check are we on the right path but also to gain new perspectives and fresh ideas.

    This really resonated with me George. I’ve had this conversation a few times this week. I’ve been great at saying “we need to do what’s in the best interest of students” without including them in meaningful conversations. I know this will be a focus moving forward.
